The Villa
Casa da Colina is a spacious semi detached villa with 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms, a big living room, a guest toilet and a big outside covered kitchen. The villa is surrounded by a big garden and swimming pool area with games room.
The owners live next next door with separate access and are available if anything is needed.
Private mature gardens enclose large patio area with small paddling pool which cascades into main 10m x 5m pool. There is an outside covered games room with pool table and darts. There are loads of family games available and books. There are sun loungers, parasols, chairs, tables and also beach towels are provided.
Amenities
Both bedrooms have electric fans and the windows have electrically operated shutters. Bedroom 1 has an air con unit and so has the living room (optional). The big covered outdoor kitchen is equipped with double hob, fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, tosti iron, juicer for your fresh oranges which you can buy everywhere, outside dining area and BBQ for very enjoyable nights. Optional extras include:- Air conditioning, extra maid service, lunch or dinner by arrangement, baby sitting. Utility Room: Iron and ironing board provided for guests use. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Twice weekly maid service. Bed linen changed once and towels twice a week. Beach towels also are provided. Other: Hall/Staircase. Entrance hall with Cloakroom, stairs with bookcases on half landing, double sofa bed (or 2 singles) on top landing, door to roof terrace.
House Rules
The owners live next door, you won,t see them or hear them but if wished, they are available if anything is needed, such as doing laundry. The pool is cleaned twice a week to guarantee you swim is clean water.
Check-in from from 4.00pm to10.00pm. Check-out until 10.00am.
The Surroundings
​Opposite Casa da Colina on 1 minute walk, is the Carvoeiro Tennis Club with 12 courts, swimming pool, Gymnasium, hairdresser and restaurant. Lovely sandy beaches are nearby (5 till 10 minutes drive), 2 18-holes golf courses and much more.

There are several nice restaurants, bars, a super market and on walking distance, a 1-star Michelin restaurant and also restaurants where you have a full meal, all included for € 8,00.
